Don A. King is an American actor who portrays Mr. Felman in Season 1 of CBS' Under the Dome.
Biography[]
Don A. King was born and raised in the northern part of North Carolina. Don attended college for a short time in Art before making a leap into Hair-styling having attended Sassoon's of London and becoming a Master stylist, colorist and educator. In those years he has owned 5 successful hair salons across the state. Fifteen years ago he moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, to approach a dream and be a part of the Film Industry. Having worked at EUE Screen Gems for almost two years in hair and makeup, then under the guidance of Frank Capra Jr. Don then branched out into other areas and started working in Independent Films and with other members of the film community.
He would later produce along with other partners a short film called Undoing Time. Undoing Time would go on to win “The Audience Choice Award” at Cinema City International Film Festival in 2008. Acting both as Executive producer and producer he would go on to film The Waters. Since that time he has produced several short films and recently completed filming another full feature film, a sci-fi comedy called Attack of the Alien Jelly Monsters. He has also appeared numerous times on ‘One Tree Hill’ and ‘Surface’, ‘Creepy Canada’, ‘White Men Can't Dance’, and ‘The Water is Wide’. Recently he was featured as an Irish Priest in film called ‘ANHEDONIA’ and also was featured in the full feature film ‘Arthur Newman, Golf Pro’. Don also stays busy during commercials and voice overs locally. Don is happily married to Yvette King who works with drug studies and travels around the world with PPD. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.
