Dougie "Twitch" Twitchell is the brother of Rose and Andrea Twitchell, and an EMT with Catherine Russell Hospital in Chester's Mill, Maine. He rides the ambulance with Rusty Everett.
Under the Dome[]
On Dome Day, he and Everett headed for the crash site on Route 119 in an attempt to help Police Chief Howard Perkins. On the way, they witnessed the explosion of a CBS-13 helicopter that collided with the Dome.
