Chester's Mill[]
Hardly anything is known about Miles' life before the dome came down, except that he was a resident of Chester's Mill and worked as a banker.
Under the Dome[]
Season 1[]
"Exigent Circumstances"[]
Miles is only seen very briefly when Big Jim tells the citizens that they will not preform house sweeps due to their constitutional rights due to them being residents of the United States. Miles quickly points out that Chester's Mill hasn't been a part of the U.S. for two weeks, after the dome came down. Miles later appears after doing a house sweep of Ben's house, he takes his garbage and drives off.
