- —Mr. Cunningham to Junior as he blocks the door.[src]
Mr. Cunningham was a minor character in CBS' Under the Dome.
Before the Dome[]
Hardly anything is known about Cunningham's life before the dome came down, except that he is a resident of Chester's Mill. It is known that Junior had broken one of Mr Cunningham's windows with a baseball, presumably when he was much younger.
Under the Dome[]
Season 1[]
"Outbreak"[]
Mr. Cunningham is with Ollie and the other townspeople in the clinic's waiting room. The people begin to get fed up and start to charge towards the door. Junior is at the door with a shotgun and shoots a hole in the roof to get the people to back off. Mr. Cunningham listens to Junior's speech and sits back down.
At some point after this, it is presumed that Mr. Cunningham was killed by some kind of disaster in the dome or drowned in the lake on Christine's command.

Trivia[]
- Robin Dale Robertson mentioned a deleted scene in which Junior asks Mr Cunningham if he remembers when he broke his window with a baseball, in his youth. Cunningham spoke a mere "Yes" when facing the end of the shotgun which set up for the question shown in which he asks Ollie if he remembers his wife making him corn bread after his mother died; Robin doesn't know why this scene didn't make the final piece.
