- "Look, I'm sorry about Mr. Felman. I wasn't shooting at him, but I have a right to defend my property and that freak, he was banging on my door."
- —Ted to Barbie and Linda about what happened.[src]
Mr. Felman was a minor character in CBS' Under the Dome.
Before the Dome[]
Hardly anything is known about Felman's life before the dome came down, except that he is a resident of Chester's Mill.
Under the Dome[]
Season 1[]
The Fourth Hand[]
Mr. Felman is seen briefly on the ground clutching his arm, as he was accidentally shot by Ted Utley when he was trying to get Larry off of his property, however the bullet only grazed Mr. Felman's arm.
At some point after this, it is presumed that Mr. Felman was killed by some kind of disaster in the dome or drowned in the lake on Christine's command.
