Before the DomeEdit
Stacey Moggin was the mother of Calvin Moggin, and a police officer and station dispatcher with the Chester's Mill Police Department.
Under the DomeEdit
After the pulp truck accident and Chuck's plane crash, Stacey called Howard. When he answered he asked confusedly why she is at the station on a Saturday to which she replies that she is not and that she is at home. She explains Peter told her to call him and tell him about the accidents on Route 119, "He said...an airplane and a pulp-truck collided" she sounded dubious. "I don't see how that can be, but--" before Stacey could finish Duke asked her if it was Chuck's plane. She told him she didn't know and that she had already told him everything Peter had told her. He then asked if power was out where she was too, she agreed that it was explaining she was on her mobile, she then says "It's probably bad, isn't it?". He tells her that he hopes not and asks if she can cover at the station, she agrees to do so and tells him that she'll be there in five minutes and to reach her on the base unit, he replied "roger that" as the phone call ended.
She was shot by Junior Rennie.
